So the last post walked you through what the widgets look like and the content side of things. This post will walk you through the SunPress side of things.
Here’s the process of booking a holiday using SunPress right out of the box: More
Since building "that" widget, I’ve become addicted to SunPress. Admittedly, I’ve not used it much until now, mainly as I’ve not had a Wordpress blog to install it on. Well that’s changed and over the past few weeks, I’ve been hacking away at SunPress to make it suit my needs.
Sunpress is ready to go from the box but for those who put some time and effort in, you can hack away at making it unique and personal to you. Needless to say, I’m not one to install it and leave it alone and so here is my effort.
The Site
The site is called Cheap Honeymoon Deals and focuses on honeymoon trips predominantly to the Caribbean. It’s a Wordpress powered using a self-developed custom theme (inspired by a free template) running SunPress, Sunpress Exchange and my new travel agent box widget, as well as a few other bits and bobs.

It's been nearly a week since version 1.0 was crowned a success by Chris and Joost.
A grand total of 39 people have given it a whirl and I've had an array of feedback, all postive though :-D
Rob Barham, a travel affiliate with solid industry experience as well as avid SunPress user, came up with a couple of ideas on how to make the plugin more user friendly.
Hence, version 1.1! More
Back in early January, Joost posted details of a Wordpress related competition - design and build a theme or plugin that extends upon sunPress, the Sunshine.co.uk affiliates plugin. The prize was a Macbook Air or cash alternative.
Breaking with my recently set New Years resolution, I delved into the world of WordPress. I've got a couple of sites running the script so I know the ins and outs of running it. I've designed the templates for the sites so know how that works. Plugins was an area I've never delved into. More
