There's no denying the business is up for sale. Infact, it's up for $8million over at http://california.bizquest.com/836910.html

The websites lack continuity though. Visit http://www.richjerk.com/ and the guide will cost you $39.95. Add "the" infront of the domain - http://www.therichjerk.com/ - and it will cost you $9.95, down from $197, then $49.95.

That's a substantial drop.

A new side to the business is over at http://www.richjerkevolution.com/ which is a $29.95 a month subscription site.

Oh, and for $19.95, you can have a real estate book over at http://www.richjerkrealestate.com/

I'm sure this story will develop as allegedly Kelly Felix (allegedly the Rich Jerk) is suing Jeremy Shoemaker although I'm not sure on what grounds.
