It's that time again where round one nominations can be made via http://www.a4uawards.com/nominate/
This year follows the same format as before, with one different question.
It's definitely worth entering as it's a collaborative effort. That said, I wonder how many of my choices will stick. To pad out a blog post, here's where my votes go.
Community Choice: Publisher
The most difficult decision I have had to make this year is an affiliate that I, as a fellow affiliate, think has done an amazing job. This is quite tricky as there are thousands, if not millions, of possibilities.
I used my vote to vote for a site that I feel has played it's part in cleaning up a niche. They seem to have listed to the IAB guidelines and create a great looking, usable website that doesn't use any dirty tricks (as far as I'm aware of). This year Matthew, I'm going to vote for http://www.vouchercodes.co.uk/
Community Choice: Account Manager at a Network
I have not voted for this category as I cannot think of anyone off the top of my head who works for a network and who has helped my along the way. I interact with a lot of in-house and agency staff but can't think of any network staff I interact with. Apologies if I do and it's you.
Community Choice: Affiliate Manager, In-House or at an Agency
Very tough decision as I interact with a lot of great in-house and agency staff. My favourites (a good half a dozen this year) all deserve to win and it's a shame I can only pick one.
The person who gets my vote has had to put up with nagging, questions, a few more questions and a sprinkling more of, erm, questions! My vote goes to Mike Cook of nonstopConsulting International GmbH
Community Choice: Affiliate Network
Affiliate Window gets my vote. The Darwin developments look promising and I've never had hassle with payments. Also, they are very quick to reply to emails hence are reliable.
Community Choice: Affiliate Marketing Blog of 2010
The blog scene seems to have died down quite a bit and it won't be long before this award is renamed: "Community Choice: Affiliate Twitter Account". I for one prefer the simplicity and speed of posting via Twitter and as a result, the frequency at which this blog gets updated has slipped too.
Nevertheless, I voted for Kirsty McCubbin as she seems to have maintained her posting momentum. Her posts are always interesting and varied.

Hi David,
Good post as always. Was just reading your bit about agency account manager and thought it'd be really useful for people like me (running an agency account management team) to find out from you what you look for in someone in this position? Maybe a follow up post?
Matt
